About Us
At Mission Sporting Goods, we’re not just about custom apparel—we’re about people, relationships, and building something special. Our community is our mission, and we’re driven by the people we serve, whether they’re local teams, nationwide organizations, schools, or businesses.
I’m Connor Casillo, the founder of Mission Sporting Goods. Growing up, I spent my life on the lacrosse and football field, learning what it means to work together as a team, support each other, and take pride in the team you’re a part of. Those lessons stayed with me, and when the local, family owned sporting goods and custom apparel company that I spent over a decade working for closed, I knew I had to do something to fill that gap in our community. It wasn’t just about the loss of a store—it was about losing a place where people came together, connected, and found the gear that made them feel part of something bigger.
Having nieces, nephews, and siblings involved in the sports community, I understand how important it is for teams and businesses to have custom apparel that not only looks great but builds pride and unity. That’s why Mission Sporting Goods isn’t just about making clothes—it’s about supporting every cause, every community, and every individual who walks through our door or reaches out to us.
We pride ourselves on offering personalized, high-quality custom apparel to everyone—from local schools and sports teams to nationwide organizations and businesses. No matter where you are or what you need, we’re here to help make your mission, our mission.
When you choose Mission Sporting Goods, you’re not just getting goods or apparel—you’re getting a partner who genuinely cares about your success. Whether it’s helping a nonprofit spread its message, outfitting a sports team with matching gear, or providing businesses with professional uniforms, we’re committed to making sure every custom order reflects your values, your community, and your pride.
Thank you for trusting us with your custom apparel needs. Together, we’re building something stronger, more connected, and more meaningful.
