1. Order Processing & Production Times

  • All orders are custom-made and require 10-14 business days for production after final approval & deposit.
  • Rush orders (3 days or less) are available for an additional fee and subject to scheduling availability.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer shipping via:
UPS, FedEx, and USPS (Based on the best available rate).
✅ Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.
✅ Delivery times vary depending on location but typically take 2-7 business days after shipping.

3. Local Pickup (If Available)

  • We offer local pickup for customers in the [Your Location] area.
  • Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

4. Responsibility for Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

  • Mission Sporting Goods is not responsible for carrier delays (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).
  • If a package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • If the package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the order is shipped, Mission Sporting Goods is not responsible for lost packages.

6. International Shipping 

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.
