Refund policy

1. No Returns or Exchanges on Custom Orders

Since all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.

2. Order Approval & Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must review and approve all designs, mockups, and order details before production begins.
  • We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork, including misspellings, incorrect colors, or wrong sizes.

3. Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is incorrect due to our mistake or has a defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.

  • To request a replacement or refund, you must provide:
    ✅ A photo of the defective or incorrect item
    ✅ Your order number
    ✅ A description of the issue

  • If approved, we will:
    ✅ Offer a replacement at no additional cost OR
    ✅ Provide a refund for the defective or incorrect items

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are only issued for incorrect or defective items.
  • Deposits and rush order fees are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
